Our Impact
At IT Bridge Outreach, we understand the importance of impact. While much of our work involves planting seeds in the youth of today, we track various metrics to demonstrate our progress and commitment. Our focus has been on three primary areas: Engagement, Education, and Growth.
Engagement: Tracking participation and involvement in our programs and activities
Education: Performing pre and post assessments to track knowledge learned
Growth: Measuring organizational development and expansion to enhance our outreach and effectiveness
2024 Impact (So far...)
Digital Explorers
After 16 weeks of programs, we have taught more than 150 different students across Austin & Chicago
Grade Average at Program's End
All digital literacy classes have an end of program test for the youth to show what they learned
Hours Volunteered
By Summer of 2024, we have volunteered over 120hrs at different youth facilities and STEM events
New Partnerships
We have formed new partnerships with organizations like the Chicago Youth Centers and the Boys & Girls Club
"From day one, our goal has been to create a meaningful impact and I believe we’ve discovered a consistent way of doing that with these kiddos. We've learned that empowering their voices allows them to shine. While these moments may not always be quantifiable, the results speak for themselves. Those who initially struggled show drastic improvement after having the opportunity to engage in activities and share their opinions."
